The Sudima Hotel Lake Rotorua is a 248 room hotel located on the shores of Lake Rotorua. As the largest accommodation provider in Rotorua, with the majority of our guests dining on site our Restaurants & Hangi are always very busy! We welcome you to apply for a fast-paced & enjoyable role as Food & Beverage Attendant.
The role:
- Serve & assist our Guests within an Food & Beverage team of 10+
- Attend Training & support your team with excellent Restaurant knowledge
- Relate to our Guests from a multitude of Cultures & Nationalities in a positive accepting and friendly manner
- Remain calm under pressure in a fast paced work environment
- Have a true passion for Hospitality and a love for working with people!
- Multilingual skills would be advantageous
- Available for shifts in the AM: 5.00am - 11.00am

- Available for shifts in the PM: 6.00pm - 11.00pm

The Sudima Hotel Lake Rotorua is a 248-room hotel located on the shores of Lake Rotorua. As the largest accommodation provider in Rotorua with the majority of our guests dining on site we are seeking applicants for the above position.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a team member of a department that is committed to providing culinary experience to our guests.
Applicants must have sound experience and formal qualifications to join our team. In addition to excellent culinary skills, you will also need experience in food preparation, great organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure within a team environment.
